Introduction
LANPOLY FR1500 is a high efficiency organic metal salt of aromatic sulfonates providing extremely effective flame retardant (FR) performance in transparent and opaque polycarbonate (PC).
Product Application
FR1500 is a high efficiency product used especially for flame retarding PC. The product is
specially designed for transparent and opaque PC.
The active sulfonate content of FR1500 is much more than that of FR1200 and other sulfonate FR products.
Product Functions
1. Has good water resistance and excellent high temperature performance (350℃）.
2. High efficiency, keep the properties of all raw materials.
3. Little effects on heat deflection temperature （HDT).
4. Low dosage to reach UL94-V0.

Processing Guide
Be directly added during plastic compound extrusion. No temperature requirement.
1.Thickness, normal: dosage 0.1-0.4%
2.Thickness, 1.6mm or below: dosage 0.3% and 0.3% Anti-dripping agent.
