Introduction
LANPOLY® FR1100 is a kind of high transparent halogen-free flame retardant which is specially used for PC resin. The main composition is organic fluorine derivatives.
Applications
Used in pure PC or PC with pigment to upgrade the PC flame retardant rating to UL94 V0 (3.2mm).

--Very low level addition (0.08%);
--Little impact on the physical properties of PC (<5%);
--Little impact on product transparency (<1 unit);
--Excellent thermal stability, TGA decomposition temperature (5%) is in 480℃.

Processing Guide
Add directly or converted into 1-4% masterbatch by twin-screw extruder at a minimum 280℃ processing temperature.
